Positive: Lovely staff and the bar/rest next door is really fun and also has lovely staff. No problem with parking and location was good for us and why we needed to be in Stoke on Trent. Spode museum/shop on same site but unfortunately we didn't have time to visit. Rooms were clean. Bathrooms and showers good. Hairdryer and iron as well! Little kitchen had enough for self catering a short stay, which was perfect for us.
